There are undeniably so many things swirling around in your mind as you are preparing to become parent/s. The pregnancy through postpartum time is one of wonder, excitement, overwhelm and likely information overload.
Come join a small group of NYC families as we navigate these “hot topics” together. You will have the opportunity to learn together and connect with those also navigating a similar time and space.
Class Structure (Length is 45 minutes):
These sessions begin with quick intros and where you share the questions you have on that given topic.
The facilitator, Rachel or I, spends the remaining time answering your questions and facilitating a discussion.
Our bundle of 7 classes is $150 for the birthing person and birth partner/support person.
